We provide virtual servers with personal support from our knowledgeable technical team, who built our virtual server farm from the ground up.

Whilst customer experiences of web hosting appear to vary significantly we pride ourselves on providing a friendly face as well as expert specialist technical support for questions about the use of our virtualization infrastructure (we cannot guarantee free support of software that you run on your virtual server, given that you have complete freedom to install any software package with any configuration).

The preferred method of contacting our support team is by electronic mail: this makes it easier to direct your question to the right expert and allows us to provide a much more detailed reply. Most requests made by email between 8am and midnight will be answered promptly.

It is also possible to contact our technical support team by telephone during normal office hours. If no one is immediately available to help you, we will usually return your call within half an hour.
